Sokodle is a free-to-play daily puzzle game inspired by Sokoban. The Service provides a new puzzle each day. The Service may include additional features such as leaderboards, statistics tracking, and premium content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.
Certain features of the Service, such as leaderboards and premium content, may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, design, code, graphics, puzzles, game mechanics, and other materials associated with the Service ("Content") are owned by or licensed to Sokodle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Service may offer premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases ("Premium Content"). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and available Premium Content at any time. Access to Premium Content may be revoked if you violate these Terms.
The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products and services they promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
If you participate in leaderboards or submit any content (such as display names), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOKODLE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sokodle and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sokodle operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
